Excellent location close to Univ. Cote d"azur, campus St Jean d'Angely while at walking distance from Nice old town and well deserved by public transport. Room is small but has all facilities. Staff are friendly. Nearby some good restaurants are accessible at walking distance too, as well a supermarket.

The receptionist is welcome and kind. Location is at walking distance from city center. Parking is super, cos it’s a big trouble to find a vacant car place. 24 hours coffee snacks vending machine. Spacious bathroom. There is a small kitchen and dining table, desk to work. There lots of supermarkets and bars around. The carpet in the corridor for less noise.

This was quiet and comfortable place to stay near the campus. The AC worked great. It is right on a tram stop (and the tram is not loud to be bothersome) and there is a Lidl a very short walk away! The bathroom was spacious with plenty of places to hang things and place things around the sink. Also, it's a great deal price-wise!

It was ok hotel, nothing special but ok for just sleeping. Area sort of ok, walk to the main street easy and safe (at least until 11 pm). Parking underground for extra cost but for travellers with a car a very important possibility. A fridge in the room!

Nothing special, but it’s nice. It has everything you need and everything was working. People have high expectations, these apartments are normal, nothing rich and lavish. And the AC works perfectly fine in our room. Everything was just fine. Staff also was very nice and they helped us with anything that we needed.

Very closed to public transport and we can walk to other accommodation. We were going to Italy by train and needed to make a stop for one night. This large appartement enabled us to rest before continuing. Notice it is pet friendly.

Internet was very good. Kooking facilities were ok. Fearly clean, hot water. Even if it basic you have everything you need. Better then many beatifuly decorated hotels but with poor internet or other facilities.

The beds were super comfortable and the shower was great. Breakfast was decent and the luggage storage in the lobby was handy.
